About Sydney Kollmar, LMT

Sydney has been around the massage and holistic healing business since she was a kid. After graduating high school in 2020 during the pandemic, Sydney made it her mission to create a safe environment for clients to come relax, take a breath, and release the tension that can come from everyday life. She believes that physical touch is a powerful thing and that it is even more powerful when it is safe and consensual. As well, she believes in less pain, more gain and will help her clients reach their goals without causing unnecessary pain. Each session is tailored specifically to each client so that their preferred outcome is reached.

In her free time, Sydney enjoys cross-stitching, reading, gaming, hiking, baking, and coloring. She currently navigates life with her husband, Will, and their cat, Roast Beef.

Education

Sydney is committed to expanding her knowledge so that she can provide her clients with the best service possible. Her studies began in 2021 when she learned Reiki 1-Mastery from Libby Barnett and attended Center of Sound's sound healing classes. In 2022, she completed the Pranic Healing Energy Medicine Master Track hosted by The Healing Arts Center and became an Associate Pranic Healer. Following that in 2023, she took The Healing Arts Center Reiki courses, which consisted of Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki Mastery. From March 2024 to March 2025, Sydney attended The Healing Arts Center and studied Massage Therapy. While in school, she volunteered in their Cancer Clinic twice where individuals who are currently battling cancer can receive massages for free. Sydney is continuing to volunteer in their Cancer Clinic and their clinic for veterans called Wounded Warrior. She graduated from their massage program on March 14, 2025, and was inducted into their honor society, Order of the Twin Hearts, which acknowledges students who "truly embody the spirit of healing, fostering supportive environments, and radiating compassion, wisdom, and skill in their practice."
